Refunds & Returns Policy

1. General Rule for Digital Goods

Because keys become non-returnable once revealed/redeemed, refunds are limited to the cases below.

2. Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  • Unrevealed/unused keys: request within 14 days of purchase.

  • Defective keys: not working or already used on delivery; we will verify and issue a replacement or refund.

  • Delivery failure: no key received after payment and support cannot resolve.

3. Not Eligible

  • Keys already revealed or redeemed.

  • Wrong region/platform after reveal.

  • Buyer remorse, price drops, or publisher changes.

  • Violations of platform rules or bans unrelated to key validity.

4. How to Request

Open a ticket or email support@ultraplaykeys.com with Order ID, product, and evidence (screenshots of error messages). We respond promptly and aim to resolve within 2 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank.
