Delivery & Payments Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

• All products are digital game keys; no physical shipping.

• Keys are shown in your order confirmation page and sent to your email.

2. Delivery Time

• Instant after successful payment; typically seconds, up to 30 minutes during checks.

• If not received: check spam, verify your account email, then contact support with your Order ID.

3. Region & Platform

• Each listing shows region and platform. Orders placed for the wrong region/platform can be refunded only if the key is not revealed.

4. Payments

• We accept Visa & MasterCard via secure processors.

• Transactions may be declined by issuer or our fraud checks; declined orders are automatically voided or refunded.

• Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may lead to account suspension.

5. Taxes & Invoices

• Prices are shown exclusive/inclusive of taxes depending on region; invoices are available in your account.
